Order and Payment
Your order will be dealt with the greatest urgency. We do have a vast range of Dance shoes in stock but due to demand on some lines we may be waiting on stock replenishment but this will only delay dispatch by 2 working days. All shoes should be dispatched within 5 working days of order.

We accept Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards, Cheque/Postal Orders.
Our site is 100% secure. Payments are made through a secure site, no credit card details are processed by us.

Postage and Packaging
We do our best to dispatch all shoes within 5 working days but due to demand some lines may be out of stock and these will be dispatched asap. If there are any delays we will contact you with delivery date.
All our shoes are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Returns Policy
All our shoes will be inspected prior to dispatch so should reach you in perfect condition.
If they have been damaged in transit they must be returned to us within 7 days and a replacement pair will be forwarded to you.
We cannot accept returned shoes if they have been worn or have no fault aparent.
